We recently raised $38 million in a Series B funding, solidifying our position as a leader in the industry and enabling us to accelerate our mission of securing AI Agents everywhere.Responsibilities:As an Engineering Manager, you will need to manage, lead and guide a team of software engineers and identify and improve processes, procedures, technical knowledge and expertise of the team.You will assume ownership of features and deliver value to customers, understand their domain & use cases and provide solutions to their problemsDesign, implement and maintain micro-services implemented various technologies and services on AWS and AzureDeliver high-quality reusable & maintainable features covered by unit tests, components and E2E tests with metrics and monitoring capabilities to enable proper deployment to productionCollaborate with team members and other groups via open discussions, design reviews, code reviews, etc            
            RequirementsRequirements:5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer2+ years of people management experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with modern programming Languages: Python / JavaScript / C# / Java / Golang / ScalaExperience with writing code in Agile, CI/CD based environmentsAdvantage: experience working on large-scale cloud-based servicesFlexibility and resilience in a dynamic environmentStrong leadership skills with a track record of leading and mentoring technical teamsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesCan-do attitude!
