Software DeveloperCDP, Inc. is a premier provider of data management systems and services for the public health community, including the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program. CDP is  seeking a highly skilled and creative Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in Blazor Web Development, Web API, and SQL Server. Experience with Telerik UI for Blazor or any comparable UI component/control suite (e.g., DevExpress, Syncfusion, Infragistics) is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern web development practices, SOLID principles, and the ability to design and build reusable components. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative software solutions.  Responsibilities: Design, Develop and maintain web applications using Blazor (Server/WebAssembly). Integrate and customize UI component libraries such as Telerik or similar. Design and implement RESTful Web APIs for backend services. Create and manage SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures. Build reusable, modular, and efficient components. Apply SOLID principles and best practices in software architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  Minimum Qualifications: 5+ Proven experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly). Hands-on experience with Telerik UI for Blazor or similar component libraries. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework. Solid understanding of Web API development and RESTful services. Expertise in SQL Server – schema design, stored procedures, performance tuning. Deep knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming. Experience in building scalable, maintainable, and reusable components. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.  Preferred Skills:Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to think creatively and provide innovative software solutions. Experience with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices. Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing, with a strong emphasis on validating and ensuring code quality before deployment. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.  CDP, Inc. offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
