📋 Description
• Lead engineering teams focused on automation, data integrity, and compliance workflows.
• Oversee development and maintenance of reporting pipelines for regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, and Pharmacy Operations to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
• Drive technical strategy for initiatives such as APCD file validation, compound claims processing, and denied claims workflows.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles aligned with compliance deadlines.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in regulatory or compliance-related engineering domains.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with healthcare data formats (e.g., APCD, CCW, RXRDS) and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Experience in legal or compliance organizations within healthcare or insurance.
• Familiarity with HiH delivery models and onshore/offshore coordination.
• Experience with exception-based hiring and TBH justification workflows.
