Job Description: What You'll DoWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership flair to join our founding team and play a pivotal hands-on role in shaping the current and future capabilities of our product.Work closely with the co-founders and be responsible for building core components, expanding the engineering team, and elevating our product to the next level.Enhance existing systems and build new ones from scratch, either independently or by leading other engineers.Create new APIs with proper documentation to drive our product forward.Implement and manage robust security and data protection measures.What You'll BringMust have hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing agentic AI systemsVery strong experience in architecting and implementing scalable agentic systemsHands-on experience using at least one agentic framework and familiarity with other agentic frameworksHands-on experience using cutting edge LLM, fine-tuning LLM and integrating them in production grade software used by real usersProven track record in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating with global teamsMust have expertise in React and PythonKnowledge of ML, AI, LLMs Required Tech StackFrontend: ReactJSBackend: Node.js/Express.jsDatabases: NoSQL and SQLDevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS)AI: Experience with Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and LLM evaluationsInterview Process1️⃣ Recruiter Screen – An initial conversation to discuss background, experience, and alignment.2️⃣ Hackathon Project – A 4-hour take-home assignment focused on building an AI agent.
