Our DNA is built around startups and scale-ups, and we love turning bold ideas into high-quality solutions.What You’ll Do: Develop high-performance, scalable React applications using modern frameworks like NextJS and tools such as TypeScript.  Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code that ensures applications are fast, responsive, and provide a seamless user experience. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional internal teams to translate project goals into successful, on-time deliveries. Stay at the forefront of the React ecosystem by actively exploring and implementing new technologies that can enhance our development speed and the quality of our products. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:  6+ years of web development experience, with a minimum of 3 years using a modern JavaScript framework like React.  Experience in a lead position.  Expert-level proficiency in designing and building performant web applications with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript. Deep understanding of Single Page Application (SPA) architecture, front-end security principles, and the OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities.  A strong focus on front-end performance optimization, including a solid grasp of minimizing render times and creating smooth user experiences that feel fluid and responsive.  A proactive and collaborative mindset, keeping up-to-date with the latest web development trends. Good communication skills and fluency in English for effective collaboration with both your team and international clients.
