Partner with Sales leadership to validate commit, upside, and risk, ensuring forecast accuracy and predictability. Maintain back-testing models and continuously improve forecasting methodology.Quota & Coverage ModelingLead quota allocation modeling, coverage ratio analysis, and capacity planning. Support annual and mid-year quota cycles with data-backed recommendations. Build scenario models that inform AOP planning and compensation design.Bookings Validation & Data IntegrityOwn bookings validation and reconciliation processes across CRM, CPQ, and Finance systems. Ensure accurate classification of new logo, renewal, and expansion bookings. Maintain controls that ensure attainment calculations and reporting outputs are reliable and audit-ready.Revenue Operations AnalyticsSupport pipeline health analysis, attainment tracking, and plan-to-actual variance reporting.
