We look for people who embrace this culture.A DAY IN THE LIFE:As an Engineering Team Lead with strong back-end expertise, you’ll spend your days guiding the design and delivery of Java and Spring Boot–based services, APIs, and integrations that power scalable fintech applications. You’ll balance hands-on coding with setting technical direction, reviewing designs, and troubleshooting distributed systems.Alongside your technical leadership, you’ll facilitate grooming sessions, assign and unblock work, ensure test coverage, and coordinate across teams on releases and dependencies. You’ll mentor engineers through code reviews and day-to-day guidance, raising the technical bar for the team.Importantly, this role is also a stepping stone to people management. As you grow, you’ll take on expanded responsibilities, including performance management, career development, hiring, and running team rituals.
