We’re looking for a mid-level engineer who can move quickly, contribute across the stack, and take ownership of features. Your main focus will be frontend development with React, but you’ll also have opportunities to build backend services in Golang. This is a hands-on role where your input will help shape both the product and how we build it. What You’ll Do Build and maintain React-based frontend components. Translate product direction into clean, intuitive user experiences. Contribute to backend services in Golang (with mentorship and support). Own features end-to-end: from early requirements to deployment. Help improve developer workflows, testing, and code quality. Participate in code reviews and team discussions on architecture. Pitch in across the stack — frontend, backend, AWS, and occasionally infrastructure. 
        Requirements
         What You Bring to The Table 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, component design). Some experience in backend development with Golang. Comfortable with REST APIs and data modeling. Good sense of UI/UX, with attention to detail in implementation. Comfort working in AWS environments (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, S3, etc. a plus). Proactive communicator who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment. Flexible, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Experience in healthcare or EHR systems. Familiarity with Docker, Postman, GitHub Actions, or CI/CD pipelines. Interest in helping shape product decisions, not just writing code. The Holon Way We’re not just building a better model of care—we’re building a better workplace.
