About the Role
We are starting a new mobile app project and expanding our team in North America. We’re hiring full-time developers (hourly contract) with the option to transition into a permanent role. The project will use React Native for the mobile app and either PHP/Laravel or Python/Django for the backend, hosted on Azure.
We prefer full-stack developers, but we also welcome strong frontend (React Native) or backend (Laravel/Django) specialists. Daily standups are required. Since our team is distributed across the US and Eastern Europe, Russian or Ukrainian fluency is required for smooth collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop cross-platform mobile apps in React Native.
 Build backend services in Laravel or Django.
 Deploy and integrate solutions on Azure.
 Participate in daily standup meetings with the international team.
 Collaborate in both English and Russian/Ukrainian.

Requirements

 Based in the United States and legally authorized to work.
 Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian, plus English.
 Strong experience with React Native.
 Experience with Laravel or Django (backend).
 Familiarity with Azure.
 Able to work full-time (40 hrs/week) and join daily standups.

Preferred

 Full-stack skills (mobile + backend).
 Experience launching new apps from scratch.
 CI/CD pipeline knowledge with Azure DevOps.
