Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer – Backend to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, a solid background in Java, experience with scalable architecture, and a proven record of delivering high quality, large scale applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, modernize, and support highly scalable backend services
Provide technical direction, architectural leadership, and hands-on expertise
Drive projects with high visibility across the organization
Mentor and guide team members while ensuring best engineering practices in an Agile environment
Translate business and product requirements into robust technical solutions
Write, test, and maintain high quality code while troubleshooting and resolving issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on time delivery
Requirements

Strong knowledge of Lambda architecture
Expertise in Java, object-oriented and functional programming, and design patterns
Experience building scalable microservices using Spring Framework
Hands-on with NoSQL and RDBMS
Proficient with event-driven architecture using Kafka
Solid understanding of distributed systems, algorithms, and data structures
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Maven
Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with all phases of SDLC and Agile methodologies
