Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure. As a Senior Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Express.
Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance user experience.
Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and ensure seamless integration with various services.
Utilize cloud services such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices in software development.
Implement Agile methodologies to streamline the development process and improve team productivity.
Manage source control using GitHub, SVN, and other version control systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application performance, security, and functionality.
Participate in the design of database schemas using MySQL or SQL Server for efficient data storage solutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and apply new knowledge to projects.
Experience

Proven experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Ruby, Java, C#, Python, C++, and VBA.
Strong knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and Linux environments.
Experience in application development across various platforms with an understanding of Agile practices.

Pay: $46.76 - $56.32 per hour
