Full job description
Duties

Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
Develop RESTful APIs for seamless communication between applications.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Utilize version control systems such as Git and SVN for code management.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in software development.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
Requirements

Proficiency in Java programming language; experience with C++, C#, or Python is a plus.
Strong knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, React Express, and front-end frameworks.
Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL and SQL.
Experience with application development on cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and implementation.
Experience with IT infrastructure concepts and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) principles is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
