Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer –Node.js and Next.js

Location: Remote

Company: Health Tech Startup

Pay: $60,000–$75,000 + 1–3% Equity

We’re reimagining how healthcare admissions teams manage referrals—making workflows smarter, faster, and more human. If you’re a seasoned full stack engineer ready to own the stack and shape the product from the ground up, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Build:

Scalable backend services using Node.js, SQL, and modern ORMs (Prisma, Sequelize, Drizzle)
Fast, intuitive web apps with Next.js
Automation flows using Playwright or Puppeteer (bonus points!)
Clean, optimized data models and queries
Features that ship fast and align tightly with product vision
What You Bring:

6+ years of web development experience
4+ years with Node.js, 2+ years with Next.js
3+ years working with SQL and ORMs
Strong communication skills
Comfort working independently in a Copilot-powered IDE (VSCode, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
Bonus Points For:

Experience in healthcare tech or admissions workflows
Browser automation chops
