Job Description: What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with the founder, PMs, designers, and engineers to design and build a world-class product.
Build and ship critical features with focused intent, attention to detail, and an eye toward maintainability and scalability.
Fully own your features end-to-end — from requirements and coding to testing, observability, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
Shape our engineering culture as we grow.

Who You Are

You have 5+ years of experience building complex web applications
You have experience building backend systems — ideally with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, but if your background is in a statically-typed language (e.g., Go, Java, C#), that’s great too. We value strong engineering fundamentals and are happy to help you ramp up on Python
You care deeply about building exceptional products and delivering real impact to users
You thrive in fast-paced, startup environments where priorities can shift quickly and adapt gracefully to ambiguity
You take ownership of your work and communicate clearly with teammates across disciplines
