Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services using Go (Golang). You’ll work closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver robust APIs and microservices that power our applications.

What You’ll Do
Design and implement backend services and APIs using Go.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and timely ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Implement and promote AI-assisted coding tools to streamline backend workflows, accelerate delivery, and improve code robustness.
Ensure security and data protection in backend systems.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Document technical specifications and system architecture.
Drive next-level innovation in Product Development to support our mission-critical infrastructure.

What You'll Bring
Proven experience developing backend systems in Go.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Clickhouse, MySql).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
