Job Description: Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent and 6+ years of Software Engineering experience. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) will be a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience leading developing new technology for established teams. An engineer that can design durable, extensible systems while also feeling comfortable building a first version quickly to validate then iterate. Ability to drive operational efficiency improvements through the delivery of solutions that optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency
Proficiency in full-stack development, familiarity with application development technologies (Web, Typescript, and PostgreSQL, GraphQL) and experience in backend technologies (such as Node.js, Python, AWS). 
Experience in data-driven optimization, including familiarity with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.). 
Experience in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth strategies, features, and user experiences, and iterating based on data-driven findings.
Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning models, including their applications in ranking, NLP, targeting and search is a plus.
