Job Description: Responsibilities & Outcomes

Track the state of AI tools to stay current on emerging capabilities and trends.
Develop and contribute PRs that integrate Groq into leading open-source AI tools, ensuring Groq becomes a core part of the coding ecosystem.
Ensure Groq’s APIs (e.g., Responses, Messages, Chat Completions) are compatible with top AI tools and contribute fixes or enhancements where needed.
Manage and evolve Groq’s internal AI tool stack (#ai-tools), driving engagement, adoption, and best practices across engineering teams.
Champion internal usage of Groq for coding workflows, helping engineers adopt and benefit from cutting-edge tools.

Ideal Candidates Have/are

Actively experiment with new AI tools and use them daily to improve their workflow.
Contributed to open-source AI tool projects, or built their own.
Strong technical understanding of AI interfaces and APIs (e.g., differences between Responses, Messages, Chat Completions) and ability to diagnose compatibility issues.
Experience teaching, onboarding, or enabling others to adopt new tools (tutorials, posts, internal workshops, or similar).
