Job Description: As part of this role, you will:

Feel a strong sense of ownership - driving the product from early concepts to launch and beyond.
Drive architectural decisions and define the technical direction, while fostering alignment across the team and mentoring engineers toward those goals.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, lovable experiences.
Build core functionality in React + TypeScript, ensuring the product is performant, maintainable, and scalable.
Mentor and support more junior engineers on the team, raising the bar for technical excellence.
Champion a product-focused approach: keeping the user experience front and center in every decision.

The ideal candidate for the role:

Has 7-10+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in TypeScript and React.
Is product-minded, with a track record of building and shipping successful products.
Thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the opportunity to build a product from the ground up.
Can balance speed and quality, making smart tradeoffs in the face of competing priorities.
