Job Description: Responsibilities

Design and build integrations with external platforms, expanding product capabilities
Develop secure core infrastructure, including a Privacy & Governance engine
Create user-friendly product experiences across web applications and chat tools
Prototype AI-powered features such as automation tools and company-specific assistants
Mentor and collaborate with other engineers to drive innovation in AI applications
Requirements

10+ years of professional engineering experience (primarily backend focus)
Proficiency in Python, Typescript (Vite is a plus), and Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with TypeScript (Vite is a plus)
Experience taking projects from problem definition through deployment
Prior experience at early or growth-stage startups
Familiarity with building AI systems (MCPs, agents, LLM APIs)
Big plus: background in building privacy or governance systems
