Job Description: Accountabilities

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will:

Build and ship full-stack features for a secure AI workspace platform.
Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
Write minimal, high-performance code suitable for low-resource and stringent deployment environments.
Collaborate with researchers to productionize AI models and techniques.
Re-invent or adapt tools when conventional libraries or frameworks do not meet security and privacy requirements.
Debug, optimize, and maintain code across the full technology stack.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices for software development.
Contribute to design and UX discussions to enhance client-side experiences.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience shipping full-stack applications using Python and React.
Strong coding skills and comfort working across both front-end and back-end systems.
Experience building performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
Experience working in both large enterprise and startup settings.
Ability to read, understand, and fix code beyond your primary codebase.
