Job Description: Required Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise

3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 2 years focused on Experience Cloud
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
Expert-level knowledge of Lightning Platform, including Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
Technical Skills

Proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and integration patterns
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git, and deployment tools like SFDX or Copado
Design & UX Capabilities

Demonstrated experience in UX/UI design with ability to create user-centered designs
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Professional Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile development environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Industries solutions or other Salesforce clouds
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integration
Background in digital transformation initiatives
Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
