Job Description: What You’ll Do

Build scalable backend infrastructure and APIs that power AI applications and workflows

Build custom solutions using Python and open-source LLM toolkits

Collaborate with customers’ ML and engineering teams to deeply understand use cases and technical needs (about 5% of your time)

Own integrations and deployment from PoC to production, driving high-quality delivery

What We’re Looking For

3–7+ years of software engineering experience in Python

Any front end knowledge or exposure is a plus

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Proven ability to build production-quality APIs and backend systems

Experience working in a scalable environment with Microservices and/or Distributed Systems

Strong communication skills with comfort interfacing occasionally with technical customers and internal teams

Self-starter mindset, looking to thrive in a startup environment

Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or RAG pipelines is a strong plus
