Details:
Synon Developer 
Location: Remote (Anywhere in USA)
Duration: 6-12 months
Skills Required:
 Strong SYNON/COOL 2E coding skills
 PBM experience
 Benefit Plan and Core adjudication experience
 5-8 years of experience with SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, DB2/400
 Synon array handling and commit control.
 Database design (DDS&DDL)
 iSeries platform experience
 ACMS/MOM experience
 Strong troubleshooting skills, and diligence in the pursuit of issue resolutions.
 Code with a minimal amount of guidance and meet project deadlines.
 Maintain existing systems, document the current system flow and business logic, development of new systems/solutions, and perform major enhancements to existing systems using SYNON and other relevant technologies.
 Experience with RALLY or JIRA

RxCLAIM Sub Areas
Required : Benefit Plan , Core adjudication
Desired : Medicare PartD, RxClaim Pricing
Candidate will be working on development & enhancement projects for PBM Applications(RxCLAIM experience is preferred) using below skills Programing Languages - SYNON(COOL 2E) , COBOL400  Change Management System - ALDON Requirement Management Application experience : RALLY or JIRA  Doman Experience : UA Healthcare and PBM knowledge
