  We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, modern development frameworks, and enterprise databases. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Azure SaaS, PaaS, infrastructure, as well as full-stack development and data integration services.
 
  Responsibilities: 
 
   Key Responsibilities:
 
 
  
   
    Define and maintain enterprise-level architectural strategies aligned with business goals.
   
  
   
    Architect end-to-end solutions using Azure PaaS, SaaS, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings.
   
  
   
    Design and oversee implementation of scalable, secure cloud-native applications using Azure services such as App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Data Factory.
   
  
   
    Integrate and manage large-scale SQL Server and Oracle database environments in hybrid cloud settings.
   
  
   
    Lead development and modernization of applications using .NET (Core/Framework), React, and JavaScript technologies.
   
  
   
    Develop technical solutions for business problems
   
  
   
    Lead and mange offshore team of developers and testers
   
  
   
    Work closely with technical team and mentor resources
   
  
   
    Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and ensure alignment with architectural best practices.
   
  
   
    Guide DevOps and Security teams to define infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and governance models.
   
  
   
    Assess existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
   
  
   
    Create architectural diagrams, documentation, and technical standards.
   
 
  Qualifications: 
 
  
   
    15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design.
   
  Masters in Computer Science
  
   
    Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including PaaS, SaaS, and Infrastructure services.
   
  
   
    Deep experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases (performance tuning, architecture, integration).
   
  
   
    Strong development background with .NET (C#), React, Angular, and JavaScript.
   
  
   
    Solid understanding of Azure Data Factory, data pipelines, and ETL strategies.
   
  
   
    Ability to design microservices-based, event-driven, and serverless architectures.
   
  
   
    Hands-on experience in deploying cloud-based solutions with ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
   
  
   
    Familiarity with security and compliance requirements in enterprise IT environments
   
  
   
    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
   
 
 
 
   Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
  Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud strategies.
  Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, AKS).
  Agile/Scrum project delivery background.
