This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support to data processing systems. Analyzes existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures that improve processing capabilities. Assists the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end user groups. Enhances data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities that facilitate technical business objectives. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group. Responsibilities Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output. System Testing - Thoroughly tests systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency. Evaluates and conveys testing results. Performs coding and assists in implementing system modifications and enhancements. Business Support - Provides technical support by performing coding, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve processing capabilities. Works closely with business units and operation teams to support their business objectives. Technical Proficiency - Utilizes knowledge to develop or install appropriate computer software. Serves as a resource on data processing systems and procedures. Willingness to join support calls in the event of outages 24/7 as an escalation team Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming Preferred Skills: Intermediate level of independent code review and development skills across various technologies such as Office 365, SharePoint, Vignette CMS, Microsoft CMS, Epi Server, Drupal, InfoPath, Power Platform, CRM Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages Experience with scripting languages including: Microsoft.NET, JavaScript, VBScript, API Integration (Rest) Nice-to-have languages: ASP.NET, JavaScript, API Integration (REST), React,js, Node.js, Angular.js, SQL Scripting and Powershell Scripting Experience with object-oriented languages such as C/C# a plus Experience with Visual Studio, Copilot Studio, Postman API Design/Testing (REST), and Google Apigee Gateway API Proxy design and testing Experience in writing Microsoft Power Applications (Canvas apps) Sales technology domain knowledge Experience with source code control management using Azure, GitHub or GitLab Automation testing experience using GitLab or Azure DevOps Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and multi-region deployment experience Experience with Agile ways of working including Scrum or Kanban Experience working with enterprise change control management Experience working with on-shore and off-shore teams across multiple time zones and countries This job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above.
